The mission of the Pocatello Regional Transit department is to provide safe, reliable, efficient and coordinated public transit to our customers throughout the service area, while being responsive to user needs and careful stewards of our limited resources and of the natural environment.

Each year PRT along with other City departments presents an annual Service Level report. The annual Service Level report is a performance report presented to the Mayor, City Council and citizen stakeholders outlining departmental efficiency & effectiveness among other measures.
